


















Children’s Choir (4years-5th grade)
Meet during the school year on Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm for an hour. They will experience music theory, tone chimes, musical puppets and songs that are fun to sing while praising God. They perform once a month in the Sunday Morning Worship Service.
Youth Choir (6th -12th grade)
Meet during the school year on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm for an hour. They sing contemporary Christian music and perform monthly in the Sunday Morning Worship service.
Adult Choir
Meets Sunday evenings at 7:15pm and has a small break in the summer. They sing in Sunday Morning Worship Services throughout the month.
Praise Band
Meets Wednesday evening’s at 7:00pm to practice music for the following Sunday.

Vacation Bible School
Meets every summer for one week. We learn Bible stories, play games, do crafts, learn music and many other fun activities.
Children’s Church
Provided each Sunday morning for children between the ages of 4 and 10. The children’s service is a more relaxed time of worship, which always includes singing and a Bible story, or an appropriate video from the Church Media Library.
AWANA
Harvest Festival
An annual event for the whole community. Held yearly in October, come join in the fun, thrill and excitement as Tropical Farms Baptist Church celebrates autumn at our Harvest Festival. Invite your family, friends and neighbors to a fun filled, entertaining and inspiring evening. Admission-No Charge!!! There is food, fun, friends, music, a bounce house, a giant slide, door prizes and much much more!!

The Clay is for singles, high school graduates and older, coming together to explore God's word and fellowship. Whether individuals are building foundations anew or reinforcing existing foundations, The Clay looks at scriptural approaches to challenges associated with "getting out into the world", and how to avoid the
common enticements of the enemy.

A four-week introduction for new members and others interested in learning what Baptist believe. The six subjects covered include: what is a Christian, the Christian life, baptism, the Lord’s supper, church doctrines, and church membership.

We are a group of women who are interested in learning more about the Scriptures. We study the lesson and are prepared and encouraged to voice our opinion as the lesson is taught. We believe God speaks to all of us through the Holy Spirit.
OWLS (Older Wiser Learners of the Scripture)

Men 50 years and older, many of whom have in-depth Bible knowledge. A preface puts the lesson in context and provides an overview. All Verses in the lesson are covered. Discussion is integral to teaching the lesson and incorporates the members’ mature understanding of Scripture. A personal application to real life experience is the goal.

For Singles and couples of all ages. God means for His Word to be understood and applied by ordinary people, so we read and discuss all verses of the scripture being studied. Although we aim at those who want a more complete understanding of the Scripture, Prior knowledge or expertise in Bible study is absolutely not needed.

Members have an overreaching goal to bring glory to God in all that we do. We have a genuine concern for each other and are devoted to supporting one another in prayer, serious verse-by-verse topical exposition of the Scriptures, and lively discussion.

A group of long married, young married and unmarried accountable and dedicated to the One who 1 Peter 2:10 call “the living Stone”, Jesus. A place for varied and diverse gifts of the body of Christ for those who love the Lord Jesus and serve Him (1 Cor. 12:28). The lessons are life applicable, real, and correspond to what is true – God’s word. We encourage and love one another.

Prayer Warriors
A group of women who meet every Tuesday morning at 9:30am for prayer. This group maintains its own list of
prayer concerns. A church wide telephone prayer chain functions for all emergency requests.
Brotherhood
Once a month, the men of the church come early on Sunday Mornings. They enjoy a wonderful breakfast together as well as fellowship. The Brotherhood also hosts various activities throughout the year such as “Father and Son fishing trip, and Men’s Barbecue.” They are strongly involved in Missions.
Young at Heart
Following our Lords Great Commission found in Matthew 28:19-20 (Go ye and make disciples) we have an outreach for Senior adults 55+ called “Young at Heart.” Meetings are held once a month (always the second Tuesday) at the church with a covered dish dinner. Programs of entertainment, singing and various ways of sharing are presented. Trips are taken in our surrounding area. Witnessing opportunities in visiting many shut-ins are given each month. Friends and neighbors are encouraged to join. The do not have to be church members. Devotions based upon the scriptures challenge the Seniors to a commitment to serve the Lord by serving others.
Women on Mission
Open to all women and girls of all ages. Functions to educate the entire church about the purpose and means of missionary outreach at home and throughout the world. Missions study groups are organized according to interests and age levels. The group also sponsors Church wide monthly missionary projects and publicizes several denominational missionary offerings throughout the year.
The Church Media Library
Serves two functions: One, to provide support materials for the teaching and ministry programs of the church, and to provide leisure media of a Christian or at least wholesome nature. A professionally trained librarian serves as director.
